took my ram in for warranty work they had the truck for 6 weeks for a book 4 hr. job. when I picked the truck up it was not fixed had to take it back then they tried to charge me my deductible again. I paid them to grease my front driveline to the 4x4 they charged me and then when I seen there was no grease anywhere they said it don't need grease and then wouldn't refund my money they charged me to grease something they said didn't require grease. I also had issues with the radio speakers driver side door not working they said the warranty company don't cover that and when I called the warranty company they said they do cover any audio issues that are stock. when I told the service manager that he said I would have to pay them to fix it because he knows the warranty won't pay to fix it. there are several more issues that I won't go in to but I will never go back to that untrustworthy lying dishonest disrespectful place again. I left several messages for the lying service manager to call me and 3 months later I still haven't heard from him. I left messages for the owner to call me as they took my money for a service they didn't do and then said the truck didn't require that service so where's my money back!!!! and of course the owner has never called me. this company is a joke and will lie to you steal your money do yourself a favor and go anywhere else other than Monroe Dodge!!!! this company sucks

It's a shame when you spend a significant amount of money on a car and they try to finagle their way out of giving you two keys for it. My salesman failed to offer that piece up until after the paperwork was signed. When I asked for the additional key to be provided, the said the manager said no. But they would be willing to go in on half with us only to find out from other dealers their half was the full price. Not a great customer experience.

Terrible terrible terrible. The amount of problems that came after dealing with Jermain were ridiculous. They are very untrustworthy here.

I give this place a zero. Scheduled first appointment online for a Saturday and then was informed they only do oil changes on Saturday. Rescheduled and took my vehicle in for a 7:30 am appointment. No call by 11 am so I called and was informed the tech was looking at it right now. Husband called again at 2 pm and left a message. Was told someone would call in 15-20 minutes. At 4 pm I went to pick up my car. No one had looked at it. Went to speak to the manager and was met with defensiveness and rudeness. No apologies. Just excuses. She treated me and my husband terribly. One phone call to explain the delay would have made this a much better situation. Instead, I was lied to and treated terribly. I guess when we go to buy a new truck, it won't be here!
