DO NOT make the mistake of using them for income tax prep..THEY made errors and blamed meMy copies of W-2's are missing, looks like they were given to another customer3 months later issues have not been correctedThe owner herself has had ample opportunity to correct, doesnt take my calls, cancels last minute to deliver supposed corrected return to me.

I have worked with this company for over 17 years with absolutely no problems. I run a small business in Monroe County, and they have done my bookkeeping and Tax returns from the beginning. I have a great working relationship with the owner (always friendly and professional).

I have very simple taxes. I brought 3 years. i had to submit something to the federal government because they didn't do them correctly. i ended up getting several hundred dollars more. now the state sent me 2 postcards. apparently monroe tax missed another several hundred in refunds. will never use them Again. i'll just take my chances with online free filing.

My money was sent to my bank 10 days ago and still no money I keep calling them to see where my money is and they keep saying the person that can help me will call me back 4 calls and not a single call back yet will never use this place again

Been waiting for my return for a week the IRS deposit it on Monday and still nothing!! They keep giving me the run around about my money!! Saying it will be there tomorrow and never is!! I will not be returning to this place to get my taxes done ever agean!!
