I was extremely disappointed in my most recent visit to Pet Smart on 6/8/2024 at 1:30 pm. They had 6-8 kittens locked up and I was interested in adopting but wanted to hold the kitten to make sure. I requested assistance from the sales associate to meet with the kittens to determine which one I wanted and she blantly, rudely said “No”. She didn’t request more information why, or if I was looking to adopt. She didn’t provide an explanation. This type of behavior is NOT going to promote adoption for these poor kittens. I do not suggest that rescues send their cats here. They do not promote attention for their cats. I will not be adopting from here.

Our dog has bald spots. We were charged $10 extra for a brush out and there was a ton of loose hair left on her head. They didn't brush her! The manager said there was nothing she could do other than to brush her but still charged us the extra $10. We will never go there again! She looks terrible!

Irritated. The two girls there today one named Desiree were weird with me and totally turned away my dog for a nail trim. For no reason. Ive been taking my dog to this place for nail trims for 10 years now. Nothings changed. Extremely disappointed and will not be coming here anymore.

This is the only place as in Petsmarts to get a great deal on puppy pads. Our old sweetie definitely needs the 8-cups pads and she's a Chiweenie. Love her and love Petsmart.

Hi this is Tanya Smith and if anybody is looking to buy dog bowls and cat toys and and dog food and and and different things like that and a pet carriers you can always go to pet supplies and and they even have and I remember I went in there one time and they have fun and they had a children's hospital thing that if you buy a a stuffed animal it is donated to the monies donated to the hospital and you can even donate the animal if you want but anyway so I just wanted to let everybody know that and that's also a place where you can buy pharmacy stuff for your animal

Bentley's the nail trim went great for his first time that was 2 days ago .. today he had his tail died blue for his up coming photo shot for his 1st Birthday thanks so much
