My tissue samples were examined there. Requested all material sent to my cancer Dr at MD anderson. Which caused delays to my diagnosis because it is a rare form. And them not sending per my request could be is life threatening. By them ignoring requests by my doctor's could cost me my life.

Paid $25.00 owed in July, they posted it to the wrong account. We have received a bill every month wanting us to pay the $25.00 again even though we have called 4 times and each time they assured us the money would be moved to the correct account. Worse billing service ever!!!!
