“I had a really positive experience at the Monroe post office on Front Street today. The staff took the time to actually listen to my situation and help me work through it instead of rushing me or brushing me off.
Everyone I interacted with was patient, respectful, and genuinely helpful, which made a stressful situation a lot easier. You don’t always expect that level of care at a busy post office, but they delivered it today.
Big thank you to the team there — it was noticed and appreciated.”
“Maybee post office is wonderful! I was out of town when I received an international package. They were very kind to keep the package for me until I was able to pick it up--normally I believe after a certain amount of time they no longer hold it and ship it back. So happy they kept it for me! I also wanted to make sure our wedding invitations were the appropriate size and whether they required one or two stamps. They were more than happy to take the extra time to complete the measurements. Thanks, Maybee!! :)”

“The lady who works in the office at this location is very personable. Shes knowledgeable about all things related to postal service, she has outgoing personality, speaks to her customers like they are family. She will go above and beyond to make sure her customers are taken care of. Anytime I have an issue I call and my issues handled with care and concern. This is my favorite location I live miles away but travel here anytime I need to go in to the office because I know it will be the best service.”

“There is a post office in the building, although they don't put on a sign indicating the location. Simply go to the customer service desk and those friendly ladies will be willing to help you.”
