I was at the Monroe Quest Diagnostics. Yesterday and Cindy was wonderful. Her customer service was a pleasure. She was also very professional, and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable the minute I started speaking with her.

The phlebotomist/lab tech that took my orders and insurance and drew my blood was kind, professional, efficient, highly competent and I plan to return to this patient service center for all my lab work going forward. I hope to have her take care of me again.
