The owner Kim has been great, she takes the time to talk to you and educate you about the caregiving world. All the other employees have been very nice to deal or work with and we can’t say enough about the caregiver Bill. Bill has been looking after our dad all year and they have developed a family relationship. Thank you Right at Home team, we appreciate you and could not have navigated this difficult year without your help.

The world could take lessons from RAH re: excellent customer service. Can't thank Kim and her team enough for their willingness to accommodate our every need as we navigated the mysterious and complex world of caring for an aging parent. Professional, compassionate and competent. Thank you ever so much!

My sisters and I were VERY pleased with the care provided by Right at Home. We were referred by our Mom's hospice service when the senior living facility where my Mom was living required us to get outside help after my Mom came down with such a severe case of the flu that she was not able to care for herself. It was a very last minute "request", and it was right around the Christmas holidays so we were in a panic. "Kim" came out to evaluate my mom and was so professional, reassuring, and helpful that we immediately signed a contract. She also encouraged us to ask for the independent living facility to re-evaluate Mom since they were requiring us to get 24-hour care for her. Kim did not feel this was necessary, and we were able to convince them that a 7 PM to 9 AM shift was sufficient. As Kim said, "We don't want you to be paying for something you don't need." Because it was the Christmas holidays, we did have to wait about a week - 10 days to begin their services which was difficult. From that time until we ended the service in March, we had to make numerous changes to the schedule, but we were always told, "Let's see what we can do....", and they made it happen. Mom had 2 main caregivers who were very caring and compassionate. Sometimes they went "above and beyond" by taking care of things that we felt the living facility should have been taking care of. Mom definitely enjoyed their company. All in all, we felt it was a very successful partnership, and we will not hesitate to call Right at Home again when and if we need them again.

Very professional and outstanding help. An elderly friend of mine received services from the Monroe office. Every caregiver was on time and very attentive to their needs. I'd give this company 10 stars if I could!

A dear friend of mine is currently receiving services from Right at home Monroe MI. The care givers don't show up half of the time and when they do they don't stay their whole shift and when they are there they don't clean his apartment. They stay on their phone. No communication at all. I talk to the client frequently and I always ask if the care giver showed up. If not then he didn't eat. He can't cook for himself so he probably just had bread and cheese or something. If you ask me, they don't deserve the 1 star I rated them. SHAME ON YOU RIGHT AT HOME

The owner is a coward and tells you one thing and then does something completely opposite.
