Great website, but they did not have everything promised. Large squares of paint colors to paste to your wall-- small selection. No one to help you select colors...staff said only online availability. Difficult to find color samples of what I did select online. I had to ask someone to find me a sample of 2032 color of the year. They were understaffed for Memorial Day sale. No one offered to send me home with small samples of paint so I could test on my walls.

My husband and I were updating the exterior of our home and we were having a hard time finding a color for our front door. It was like the three little bears- first the color was too dark, then it was too light but it wasn’t until Sean, the store manager, offered to help that we found a perfect color!! Sean was EXTREMELY patient, kind and determined to make sure we were satisfied with the color - he worked with us on custom color that was exactly what we had pictured in our minds. We are so happy that Sean was working because we probably would have just settled on a color even though we weren’t in love. The color is perfect!!! We will be definitely going back for all of our future projects because his customer service made all the difference! *Monroe, MI store*

I was going to purchase my paint last month when it was 30% off and was told by sales associate that it was going on sale at 40% off so I decided to wait. But corporate decided not to put it on sale. The sales associate honored the quoted price. Great job. Sherwin williams puts their customers first.

Super Impressed.I went in today to have a paint matched, which was basically a piece of drywall I tore off the wall in my basement. Mike got to work matching on the computer and when it was complete, checked the tint on the original sample. It looked identical to me, but he decided to add a bit more green, I think. Another round of testing, again which looked great to me, but Mike wasn’t satisfied, he added what looked like a drop to the batch and mixed it again, decided it was perfect and sent me on my way.Now that it has been a few hours I can really tell how the first two batches didn’t exactly match, but I cannot tell the difference between the final batch and my original color. Props to Mike and the crew, the skill displayed here has earned them a customer for life.

Basically the worst Sherwin Williams I’ve been to. We are a painting company, we walked in and stood waiting for any service for 30 minutes. While the store manager was talking to a customer about the price of lumber. The girl that helped us was nice but couldn’t find our account, and then had to wait for her manager to get done talking. Then we needed a color formula from another the store and the guy acted as if it was a problem to call the store and ask for the color numbers. When that is your job. When you own a painting company and spend thousands of dollars every month on paint, you shouldn’t have to wait for the store manager to finish his conversation. Time is money. Won’t ever come back. I feel bad that the workers have to work with such a d*** manager.

Wonderful experience I usually drive past to Sherwin-Williams paint store on telegraph in Monroe to go to Lowe's and buy my paint but because of the covid-19 people usually don't wear their mask right and sometimes they remove the mask so they can talk to somebody or take a drink a coffee or whatever they have I want to avoid this situation so I stopped at the Sherwin-Williams store on telegraph Road like I said in the beginning wonderful experience courteous helpful and peace of mind I will buy my paint from the Sherwin-williams paint store in Monroe
