The store was clean and organized. The shift manager (Im sorry I dont remember her name) was very kind and helpful. They did not have the winter boot I was looking for in my size,so she went online and not only found what I needed but ordered it and had it delivered directly to my house. She was also very knowledgable and got me pointed in the right direction for another shoe I purchased while I was there. She was short staffed and still managed to get me sorted out and take care of my needs. Great place to shop!

Well I had a good experience I would rate it five out of five the place is nice and clean it's big it's wheelchair accessible they have they have shoes all kinds they have Skechers and different kinds of Skechers they have and there is a bench where you can you know try them on I'm not sure if they have socks or not my my assistant told me they did I don't know if they do or not I don't know if they have anything else other than shoes if you want to know anything more about the place you can call them and so anyway they do accept cash they accept credit cards debit cards checks and I'm sure they have in store pickup

Good selection of affordable footwear and other shoe related accessories. I was greeted and offered help multiple times during my quick visit.

When we walked in two employees were eating. One employee put her sub sandwich down and asked if we needed help. I told her I was just looking for now. She went back to her sub sandwich. The selection has gone downhill. Will not be returning.

Rude staff wants to complain about holding a pair of shoes for a few weeks and then you pick them up and the box has clearly been damaged by the staff. I'll never be back learn what costumer service is, shoes are not hard to find.

I paid $60 for a pair of shoes for my son to go to school i n. Mind you he is 17 so not playing hard in them. And the whole sole fell off it has only been 3 weeks and no refund cause I didn't spend the extra $20 or whatever for a warranty. Who would of thought that would happen I buy a $20 pair from Walmart and they can last the whole year
