All I asked for was my acrylic to be taken off and gel to be added to my nail she drilled my nail and took a fake nail tip and popped off the acrylic and ripped off half of my nails and it hurt. I said I wanted to keep my natural nails and she goes. Oh I fix it put on a tip and some dip powder on my finger, so after that, she puts this orange is yellow fluid that was in a nail polish bottle on my nails. It melted the and she drilled the rest of it away. Also was very rough with clipping and filing and then when it came to curing my nails, I got in an argument with two of the workers Mary and another guy over me not rotating my hands when I was because she walked away for five minutes they said I only put my hands in the lamp once and I said no I did it twice and they were arguing with me and yeah, I was still the good person and I left her a 15% tip but it will be the last time I come here my total was 48.30 with tip not bad but bad for the service I received

This was my second time coming and I was disappointed once more. Do not get your nails done by David. Terrible service and he rushes his work. I asked for a full set and asked him politely to reshape all the nails because they were SO uneven! As always he blamed my actual finger for being crooked. At that point I asked him to take all the nails off and do it again but at a slower place. They look better than before but I was still not satisfied.
He than began to apply the acrylic but I told him he’s suppose to push back my cuticles for a longer base. He said to me “no we don’t do that but I can, it’s $5 extra and I do that after applying the acrylic and color.” That made no sense to me! It hasn’t even been a week and my nails look so outgrown because he didn’t prep my cuticles.

I took my daughter to Solaria nails for a Gel color. Upon walking in I said she is just getting gel on her natural nails. When she was seated I reminded them just a gel paint job. They took it upon themselves to add a manicure to the service without permission from me. They apologized and still charged me for the service. I would like a refund, since when can a technician add to a services without consent ?

4 of us went for pedicures yesterday and the service, ambiance and technicians were wonderful. It is the only place we frequent for our pedicures. We love Solaria.

This was a lovely experience, they accept walk-ins, so I just went right in, signed my name and what I was getting and then waited a bit and spent that time picking out my nail color. The service was lovely, I have zero complaints.

They refused to put white powder over my white tips its same product I am at Le nails to get done they can do it here I wouldn't go to Salaria nails I wasted my whole morning at this place I am happy that Le nails are doing my nails the way I want them to be done

I thought to give them a other chance they did me wrong they let people cut in front of me I won't go here if I was you I came to sign in at 12pm and they still didn't got to me yet I left they need to run there business they deserve ‐-100 stars now I won't be able to get my nails done for Easter very beyond upset

They suck! They use old gel polish, one guy did my pedi and kept drilling in the same spot til it bled and i snatched my foot back They're rude I got there at 4:30pm walked out at 6:30pm without my nails done. And no they were not busy the lady at the first table was rude when I asked how long she spoke her language I asked what she said and no one that work there would answer. English is the language they should speak when speaking to a customer that speak English I believe she was saying something that could of cause a ruckus. I won't be going back there. Nor would I recommend anyone to go there. Thumbs down ? ?? they don't deserve 1 ? only got that so I could post. They don't clean their drills or bits after each customers very un sanitary.

i go to this place everytime i want my nails done, i really do like them, the guy is a bit rough but my nails still look good everytime. been going there since 2021.

I’ve only been to Solaria in Monroe, Mi about two times. This past trip to get my nails done wasn’t so good! They treat their customers like numbers, rather than customers. Always rushing trying to get people in and out. Well, after waiting an hour and a half I finally got in a seat. One woman removed my acrylics I had on prior, and then another man took over for her while she did something else and did the acrylic dip over again on my nails. He was in a rush and when he got to using the drill bits I told him what he was doing hurt! My fingers started to bleed and he put tiny pieces of cotton on them to get it to stop. Then started with the drill again, and continued as they bled. They use the same drill bits on all there clients and once I was done my skin around my cuticles was sore, bloody, and beet red. I work in Healthcare and am constantly around blood and needles. I change my gloves every time I go to do something and I am very well aware of sterilization, how things can be transmitted and how important it is to be sanitary. I never seen ANY of them clean those same drill bits used to dig into my skin before moving onto the next client, constantly rushing. I highly do NOT recommend this place. I always look forward to getting my nails done every 2 weeks and I won’t be visiting here again.
