Got a new computer and paid extra to have them transfer everything over. Files blah blah blah you name it. Got the computer back and I kid you not nothing was transferred over and now the old computer doesn’t work and the files are corrupted. I’m so upset. They gave me back the computer and said there wasn’t anything they could do. Thanks staples!! What an absolute joke this places is.

Staples was excellent The person was very helpful and I rate it 10 stars you can get index cards you can get you can get hole punches you can get a printing supplies stuff for your computer basically any kind of office supplies and you can get you can get tapes they have a online Staples does not deliver anymore they they have they have street parking and yes it is wheelchair accessible and it's free but I would really recommend this place it's it's a big store it's really good I think you should go

Shout out to Jeff in the print shop! I messed up the format for an online order and Jeff quickly corrected the problem without hesitation. He stayed calm while I panicked that my wedding programs would not work!

I love the convenience of having all my printing, faxing, Amazon hub, Amazon returns, shipping and etc all in one place. Clean store and friendly employees but man didn't like the fact that I went and needed help with printing and faxing some papers and they only had 1 person in that department so of course had to figure it out myself. Wasn't horrible they have step by step on what to do but man I could not believe the cost of everything . Over $2 per page to do anything I get it the cost of living went up but wow... at least I'll know next time

My car got smashed in their parking lot and the person ran. I asked to speak with manager about getting proof of who hit my car and he said, "there's nothing we can do about it". "They don't have cameras and that's not on them". Nice way to be rude and dismissive to your customers. I've made the proper reports to your superiors. Let's hope no one hits your car in the same parking lot. Scumbag.
