Warning: Got fuel here and later my fuel card info was stolen — someone used it at a Love’s in Texas for almost $900. I’m not the only one — around 6 drivers from my company had the same problem. Tried to talk to the manager but nobody helped. This is my second time posting this and it keeps getting deleted. Be careful fueling here

Vendor for pool and games is very rude. I wasn't involved but saw some young people playing pool and not bothering anyone. He comes in and decides to give them a hard time for hitting balls too hard. I have seen about everything but being rude about hitting pool balls too hard. OK!!! Should maybe consider getting s contractor that is more considerate to the customers. Just saying...

This Ta is personally one of the worst i generally have to stop at and i only stop here because my company wants me to buy fuel here, Yet everytime i come here 1-2 of the fuel pumps are down and of the pumps that are working. 1-2 of them dont have functional def pumps. between that and people doing their 30 at the function fuel/def pumps the entire fuel ordeal becomes a 30 min problem instead of a 10 min solution.
the food here is not the worst and there is other options within walking distance from parking ontop of hotels if you want to get away from the truck. but i just cant bring my self to come here to get fuel since i lose soo much time just waiting around for anything to happen. at this point il do anything within my power to go to a alternative fuel option or just make my company pay for something else. Its just not worth coming here.

As far as I'm concerned your new policy requiring team drivers to come out of their mandated sleeper break in order to show an ID so their husband can buy them a breafast sandwich is illegal. Your employees take too much joy and satisfaction in trying to catch someone doing something wrong, are they getting a bonus if someone cannot provide An ID? Are you threatening their jobs? Do you not like having loyal customers? We are a husband and wife team, I should be asleep not prancing around in my pj's and writing this review.
We spent $670 in fuel.today and this may very well be the thing that pushes us to your competitors going forward after being platinum with TA for 6 years.

My review is of the shop,friendly and polite people,I went in to buy and replace 4 new tires FD609,it is my 2nd most favorite tire,while the tech did a good job,I follow mnfr's recommendation of 110lbs of air when cold,the tech had them at 100lbs,so I asked to please fill em up to 110,he did 2 of them,the next morning (I didn t move) two tires were 110lbs,two were @ 100lbs,No prob,but it was annoying to pull out my own hose and inflate them both,I liked that he did positioned the air valves close to each other so that they are only 3 or 4inches apart,it s never made sense to me while they have to be on complete opposite sides,makes it easier to locate the inside valve,easier to inflate too.
Anyway,back to the air,it makes a difference in tire's life and performance to follow manufacturer's recommendation.
I would comeback and have more work done,these are friendly folk and this isn t a big deal,I don t know if he used my old valves,I didn t see if I was charged for new ones,they look old,I hope I am wrong and they are new,like i said,they don t look brand,shinning new,they look dusty and used,like mine were.
Update: I wasn t charged for new valves,but bill says i refused new valves,NO,I didn t,I wasn t even asked,they are (or used to be automatically replaced by new ones and charched accordingly),it is a bit dissappointing,IF,should the old valves fail,having to pay $80.00 per tire to have new valves installed.
C'mon TA/Petro,be better,do better.

We take a drive every once in a while down to eat at Fazoli’s. Almost every time there is the cutest employee named Maria. She always has the biggest smile. We love her cheerful and happy personality. She is so good at what she does. Best employee 🤩 Also the breadsticks are amazing too!
