U-Haul Moving & Storage of Monroe offers truck rentals, trailers, and other moving solutions. Experiences with staff can be very positive, with customers finding employees helpful, easy to talk to, super friendly, and facilitating a quick in and out process. However, operational issues are noted. One customer was charged for fuel despite providing a receipt showing the tank was refilled to the required level, calling it bad business. Another rental involved a tow dolly that was much too wide for the vehicle, forcing an alternative plan as the store was closed when the mistake was realized. This was described as a bummer despite the fantastic service from the employee.

I was charged for fuel even though I refilled it to the 5/8th tank mark it was at when I picked it up and had a gas receipt. Pretty ridiculous to charge people after the fact for doing what was contractually obligated. Bad business, will not return.
