Kathryn greeted me as soon as I came in the door and sent my package in no time at all. All the employees at the Monroe UPS STORE in Monroe on Telegraph are always helpful and quick. I will always chose to use their service and spread the word how great and efficient they are there!

I was set to receive my college diploma. I received a notice that it was arriving between 9:30-11:30am. I received this notice at 10am. It was delivered at 10:30am. I was away at work. Would’ve been great if it didn’t require a signature. Now I’m paying $12 to get it resent back, otherwise it’s getting returned to sender. A little bit more thirty minutes of notice would’ve been cool.

Super helpful. They know what they are doing when it comes to specialty printing projects. I needed a picture book for a funeral. With very short notice they were able to get it done. The quality was more than I expected on short notice. The staff was so helpful and nice. They made me feel like they cared about my project and the importance of it. The book came back beautiful.
