Had my 2010 Odyssey sliding drivers side door repaired.($3200). Still doesn’t function right with manually closing it. They want me to spend another $1200 on additional parts to warranty the door that they tried to repair the first time.
They said without the additional parts they can’t warranty it. Then why did you repair the door and didn’t tell me that your labor isn’t warranted?
Their integrity towards the customer is not there
Warning beware of their tactics.

I have been a costumer since 2020, purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership, referred friends and family and just now recently purchased another vehicle , and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The day after my purchase, I received a racist and offensive message from the dealer being called a “beaner” as a brown person I cannot express enough how offensive this term is to me, but yet I’m the one that feel embarrassed and ashamed every time I’ve had to come in the past month. the vehicle has had a persistent problem that remains unresolved despite bringing it in for service twice and being told that there’s nothing wrong with the vehicle when it clearly is, and it was also confirmed by a technician in a ride along, I am begging to get in contact with the owner of the dealership since everyone that I have been in contact with hasn’t been able to solve this situation.

Once again issues at victory Honda.Very incompetent. Tech did not torque down drain plug. Prior oil change tried selling me a cab filter and engine air filter I had replaced the day before. During one visit the tech would continuously come in and out talking to the clerk. One particular conversation about edible's in front of my toddler. Do not recomend.

The salesman who sold me my Civic Sport, Daniel Gaw, was amazing. He was very personable and went over all the new features of my vehicle. Daniel had a great knowledge of this vehicle and its amenities. Financing my vehicle was easy.

I went to Victory Honda, Saturday, August 23rd interested in buying a Honda Civic LX. I was met by Caitlin Trout. She became my salesperson. She was professional, polite, transparent, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. I bought a new Honda Civic LX. The rest of the team in this process of buying the new Honda Civic LX were also outstanding. They were Kristi Murrell, Business Manager, Gary Gorton, F&I Manager and Michael Sterzer, General Manager. No one was pushy. They were all easy to talk to and genuinely answered any questions or concerns I had. I will certainly recommend Victory Honda in Monroe, Michigan when looking for a new car. I drove there from Toledo, Ohio.
