Would give them 0 stars if I could!! The pharmacy technician working in dispensing on 3/5/2024 was rude, hostile, and offensive. She refused to acknowledge a delay in notifying a local urgent care of an issue with an electronic prescription submitted on 3/4/2024. She brushed it off as if it was no big deal. She spoke over me and then accused me of speaking to her like a child. I asked to speak with her manager and yet she continued to speak over me. After asking repeatedly to speak with a manager she hung up on me. I called back and spoke with the store manager who was going to look into the issue and call me back. It's been almost an hour and I've heard nothing. I've since contacted another local Walgreen's to have them fill the already delayed prescriptions. My husband, a severe asthmatic, has been without much needed steroids for more than 18 hours!! There is no accountability or urgency. Shame on this pharmacy technician and any other Walgreen's employee who was involved in this delay in getting my husband the medications he needs.

I have had issues since day one transferring over to them when I moved here. I’ll get a message saying a prescription is ready, so I’ll go to pick it up and I’m told it isn’t ready and tell me to come back later. Then I get prescribed a medication that I have to pick up within a small window of time before it lapses, and they mess up and can’t do it, so I have to start the process of getting approved through my doctors office all over again, which takes over a month at a time. They just say idk why this is happening and we can’t help you.

Terrible!!!! Its taken over two weeks to get a standard generic prescription filled( called twice - three times if you count the phone order when they said the prescription would be ready). I went to the pharmacy because they had five pills in stock of the ninety and I was running out. The guy working at the counter scans nearly two large container of prescription drugs, doesn't help me and says someone will be with you shortly.

Today's visit was a delight, with Jacqueline manning the register. Her kindness shone through immediately—she welcomed me with a warm smile, was incredibly helpful, and showed a deep understanding of her role. It's individuals like her that make any environment better. A heartfelt thanks to Jacqueline for the exceptional service worthy of five stars.

Today I received my Covid-19 vaccine at Walgreens. Everyone did such a great job from the front desk, and shot administer. I barely even felt my shot...it was done by a true professional. They were also patient with me the entire time while I was filling out my paperwork. 5 stars

Medication is CONSTANTLY on back order for months and they never know when it’s coming in. One worker will say it will be in tomorrow, another may say Friday and another will say they have no idea and won’t even go find out or ask someone. If you ask if another store has it they say they don’t know along with every other question you ask. Called one on Telegraph and they had what I needed in stock… the medication I’ve been trying to get from this one for 2 months. I will be switching Walgreens for sure.

Couple weeks ago I went to pick up my prescription, they said there was a system error and to come back later and it would be filled. I came back a week later to pick it up only to find out that they don’t have my prescription because my insurance goes through solely CVS now. They never bothered to tell me this and I needed the prescription ASAP. Pharmacy is unhelpful and would not recommend

If I could give negative stars, I would. I understand that mixups and problems happen with insurance, and that was upsetting what was horrendous was the treatment from pharmacy staff. Zero empathy for the fact that all of these problems caused me to have to stay over an hour and a half in the car with a sick two year old.I had to wait in line three times because of mistakes that were not my fault and the whole time my child suffered in the car just waiting for her medicine. The mother of a sick toddler was made to feel like a problem when all I wanted was my sick child's medicine to be covered by my insurance Through my employer. In particular Haley showed complete disdain for me from our first interaction.

Love this store. The associates are great and they will help you with whatever you need to purchase. They are a great group of people!!

Called the pharmacy for a refill. Extremely rude and hung up. Switched all my prescriptions to another pharmacy that was helpful and much friendlier. Will never step foot in Walgreens again.
