Stopped in to get a humidifier pack for my cigar humidor. Had my 10 year old daughter with me. The guy in the store says she couldn’t be in there as a “precaution”. If I had been there buying pot or something I would get it but I was there for a humidifier pack. I’ll go to a real cigar shop from now on. This place has a bad rep anyhow.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with what I can confidently say was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The entire experience left me frustrated, disappointed, and vowing never to do buy anything from this store again.

Rude and keep novo 2 pods outta stock actually can't buy novo 2 pods anywhere in monroe at a wild bills highly disappointing because of their lack of keeping things in stock this is a normal occurrence

I purchased a DaVinci IQ dry herb vaporizer. Got it home and it would not turn on and would not charge. I then tried to register the product on the DaVinci website and found out that I can't submit a warranty claim since the serial number was already registered to some one else! They sold this to me as new not used and then refused to refund my money.

They instantly tell you before you buy something, that if it doesn’t work, it’s not their responsibility, to save your receipt and send it to the manufacturer? Way to back the products you sell.

I’ve been a long time customer and will no longer go there. There’s a few nice people there but I believe the manager (big guy with glasses) is very unfriendly and just stares at you as you walk in and barely mumbles a word. You lost me as a customer. Good luck.
