The service department at Lakeshore has been amazing!!! They’ve been so helpful to me. It was a terrible at the other place. The service team Lakeshore treats me like family and truly care about me and my truck.

Terrible service. I went there for a bad battery (among other small things, but mainly that) and not more than a couple days after I get it back, my car dies again. Then they have the nerve to charge me to FIX THEIR OWN BAD REPAIR JOB.NEVER go here for service, they'll overcharge and under-perform.
