I was checking out when Dee the cashier noticed I was purchasing a vitamin that was buy one get one free. He asked me if I was interested in the second vitamin. Yes I was and he went and retrieved it from the shelf. As I was ready to leave a down pour of rain had just started. Dee offered me an umbrella and told me to get to my car then stop at the front door and he would get the umbrella. Thank you Dee ♥️

I spent 20 minutes trying to talk to a human. Then had to leave a message for them to call back. I hate to say it but I’m changing back to Walmart pharmacy.

Very Clean and very friendly store & front desk as well as pharmacy as well as Drive -thru very professional, enjoy going there. The only thing that I would have to say is the pricing of products are to high. CVS company needs to work on pricing. There is a lot of competition out there with Pharmacy stores pricing. I do understand there are extra rewards and benefits but still the pricing is too high for products.

Been coming here since they opened, I thought I was well respected. And no I’m not pharmacy hopping ,I’m just tired of having to wait at least 3 hours to have my meds ready. Now I go to Clio community pharmacy 2 mins from home and they have my meds ready for pickup within 5 minutes

Dr. Kumar and his staff are so incredible. Kumar once came out to the store floor to help me select something OTC to help with nausea during early pregnancy. I was a mess and he was so patient and kind. I have never felt rushed and remember in that moment specifically his demeanor being so calm and focused on me that I felt like his only customer for the day, even thought I knew he was so busy. Since then his staff has always been so kind and handled incredibly busy situations with calm professionalism. They all clearly take Kumar’s lead and I’m so thankful to have them as my small town’s pharmacy.

You need to open sooner on Sundays. I arrived at 10:45, thinking you opened at 10am. Sit in your parking lot to wait until 11am. As I sat there I counted 11 other people who walked up thinking you were open. All 11 walked away. As a business owner, I couldn’t fathom letting 11 people just walk away like that.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The pharmacist, Kumar, is very kind and thoughtful. He could tell I was in pain and got my scripts quickly, even offering water and crackers so I could take the meds right away. I appreciate everyone there.
