“I had a wonderful experience with Ronnie's Auto Specialist. Even though they had a heavy workload, they still managed to get me in quickly. During the repair, they discovered a manufacturer’s error with a part that was delivered slightly damaged. Instead of cutting corners, they communicated with me right away, ordered a new part, and had the job finished the very next day.
The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I originally thought I would just come in, get the repair done, and move on with my day—but Ronnie’s went above and beyond. Not only did they do a phenomenal job with the repair, but they also cleaned the inside of my car, which was such a pleasant surprise. I was shocked (in the best way) and very happy with their attention to detail.
What really stood out to me was their professionalism and the way they explained everything. I had visited three other places for estimates, and none of them explained the process from start to finish the way Ronnie’s did. They broke it down in terms a non-mechanic like me could understand, which made me feel confident and informed.

“Had a flat tire I needed help changing. Took them only 20 minutes to get there. The driver was really polite and professional. There was an issue with my lug nuts and he solved it very quickly and had me back on the road in no time. Price was very reasonable. The dispatcher was very friendly. Hope I'm never in need again but if I am I will definitely be calling them.”
