I highly, HIGHLY recommend using Spalding Auto Body. Ken was knowledgeable, responsive, and communicative. He is incredibly friendly, down to earth, and answered all my questions. As a woman, I felt safe with him and felt that he gave me a fair price and didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge. He quickly provided an estimate and was able to fix our car within two days of receiving the part. I am grateful for his services and as I shared with him, "I will travel as far as I need too to work with someone I trust." I could not ask for a more meticulous body shop for me and my car. I got hit by a deer on the highway and Ken was amazing! He kept me up to date and informed throughout the whole process. He was available to my phone calls and took care of a lot of the insurance issues as well. He made sure he returned a completely fixed, safe, and clean car. He even loaned me one of his vehicles while work was being done. I hope not to need his assistance in the future lol but if I do, I know where I’m taking my car!! Thanks Ken!!
