I’ve been in this business for minor things, but this time I needed a new car battery. I had called around the day before looking for a car battery. I chose Great Lakes Battery based off the price, the 6 year warranty, it being a local, small business and their In God We Trust sign. The best part is the service was fast and the two employees that were working there at that time-Kayla and Brogan. Both employees were efficient and friendly. I had hardly finished paying and my car was complete.

She claimed when I went there this morning prior to you guys that she doesn't allow her techs to do anything to vehicles. She had an attitude. I'm like wow. I went next door and one of your workers there by the name of mike, not only took the time to assist, my situation came out to my vehicle and did whatever he possibly could to make sure. It wasn't my manifold and then checked where my air filter was. To Make sure everything was on tight. Then he came back and got the gauge. Hooked it up to my vehicle.
