“My husband and I first met Ram when We discovered our RV Battery had gone dead and he helped us out out of a tight spot. Not only did he have the right tools to jump our dead battery but he also met us at the storage site and save the day.. I didn’t hesitate to contact him when I decided to get the battery replaced before a big trip. He came to our house replaced our battery and tested our generator batteries just to make sure everything was OK. He also found a birds nest in our engine from the storage place which I was able to remove. So thankful for companies like his.”

He purchased a 2011 Ford Edge battery for my car (2010) last November & we set it aside, kinda forgot to get to it.*My dad was fighting pancreatic cancer for over 2 years. I’ve been in this business for minor things, but this time I needed a new car battery. I had called around the day before looking for a car battery. I chose Great Lakes Battery based off the price, the 6 year warranty, it being a local, small business and their In God We Trust sign. The best part is the service was fast and the two employees that were working there at that time-Kayla and Brogan. Both employees were efficient and friendly. I had hardly finished paying and my car was complete.

“Josh, an employee at the Clinton Twp. Location went above and beyond in assisting me with my oil leak in my car. I am a senior citizen and Josh helped me with putting the oil in my car. “Bought windshield wipers ask the guy behind the counter if you install them he said for the most part, so when we went outside we had the rear replacement wiper and he could not figure out how to replace, handed me the wiper and said you're on your own basically, he did replace the front wipers, and I took a 2-minute Google and found out how to take the cover off the rear wiper and replace it myself right there in the parking lot, please train your counter guys to replace rear wiper blades, I will do it myself next time,”

“The young man that helped me was very nice. He was knowledgeable and willing to look stuff up for me. He let me use his funnel and the washroom after I put oil in my car. There was no wait and the price was reasonable. I give 5 stars because I usually get ignored at auto places near me but not here. I was greeted and helped instantly. I would go out of my way for car parts just to have this experience again.”
