Not only did he have the right tools to jump our dead battery but he also met us at the storage site and save the day.. I didn’t hesitate to contact him when I decided to get the battery replaced before a big trip. He came to our house replaced our battery and tested our generator batteries just to make sure everything was OK. He also found a birds nest in our engine from the storage place which I was able to remove. So thankful for companies like his.”

I’ve been in this business for minor things, but this time I needed a new car battery. I had called around the day before looking for a car battery. I chose Great Lakes Battery based off the price, the 6 year warranty, it being a local, small business and their In God We Trust sign. The best part is the service was fast and the two employees that were working there at that time-Kayla and Brogan. Both employees were efficient and friendly. I had hardly finished paying and my car was complete.

“Bought windshield wipers ask the guy behind the counter if you install them he said for the most part, so when we went outside we had the rear replacement wiper and he could not figure out how to replace, handed me the wiper and said you're on your own basically, he did replace the front wipers, and I took a 2-minute Google and found out how to take the cover off the rear wiper and replace it myself right there in the parking lot, please train your counter guys to replace rear wiper blades, I will do it myself next time,”
