“My husband and I first met Ram when We discovered our RV Battery had gone dead and he helped us out out of a tight spot. Not only did he have the right tools to jump our dead battery but he also met us at the storage site and save the day.. I didn’t hesitate to contact him when I decided to get the battery replaced before a big trip. He came to our house replaced our battery and tested our generator batteries just to make sure everything was OK. He also found a birds nest in our engine from the storage place which I was able to remove. So thankful for companies like his.”
“These guys are the best in Michigan. They are honest, they care about the batteries they sell you and they are happy to warranty a less than 1 year old battery if you have the receipt. I wont go anywhere else if I have battery issues for my trucks or cars.”
“Josh, an employee at the Clinton Twp. Location went above and beyond in assisting me with my oil leak in my car. I am a senior citizen and Josh helped me with putting the oil in my car. “I've been coming to this store for a few years now. Lately there seems to been a change in management, but I was glad to see Jody is still around. That guy really knows his stuff and always goes out of his way to get me what I need, even if its not easy to find. He also helped me solve a problem with my car that several mechanics couldn't figure out over the course of 3 years. Its getting hard to find people like that in auto parts stores these days. Usually if they can't just punch it into the computer, they aren't much help anymore. But im glad an old school problem solver guy like Jody is at this location. Always a pleasure to deal with!”

I’ve been in this business for minor things, but this time I needed a new car battery. I had called around the day before looking for a car battery. I chose Great Lakes Battery based off the price, the 6 year warranty, it being a local, small business and their In God We Trust sign. The best part is the service was fast and the two employees that were working there at that time-Kayla and Brogan. Both employees were efficient and friendly. I had hardly finished paying and my car was complete.

“Bought windshield wipers ask the guy behind the counter if you install them he said for the most part, so when we went outside we had the rear replacement wiper and he could not figure out how to replace, handed me the wiper and said you're on your own basically, he did replace the front wipers, and I took a 2-minute Google and found out how to take the cover off the rear wiper and replace it myself right there in the parking lot, please train your counter guys to replace rear wiper blades, I will do it myself next time,”

“Just want to commend Wes for his great service. Not only did he answer all my girl-questions and show me which coolant I needed, but he even stepped out to the parking lot to show me where the intake valve is located. Although warm a/c is not a crisis, this was my first time handling any sort of vehicle related issue without my dad. I would have otherwise gotten on YouTube and maybe spent a little longer in their parking lot but thanks to Wes @ O’Reilly it ended up being a super easy fix!
