“My experience with Pole Postion was excellent. I'm back in love with my truck. I didn't know she could look this good again. She's riding well. I have a 2010 Lexus Rx350, she's old so I thought she wasn't going to look as good. I hit a garbage can and the curb to prevent from hitting a dog that ran out in the street. “FAST, FRIENDLY , TRANSPARENT AND REASONABLY PRICED. I HAVE A KIA, NEED I SAY MORE? I CALLED TO GET A PRICE FOR MY PASSENGER WINDOW, THEY QUOTED ME I RAN A FEW ERRANDS AND PULLED UP. THEY GOT ME IN THE BEFORE I EVEN GOT TO THE FRONT DESK! THEY GREETED ME IN THE PARKING LOT! I WAS IN AND OUT IN ROUGHLY A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR! I CALLED SF FIRST AND THEY QUOTED ME A LOT HIGHER AND WHEN I SAID I WOULD CALL THEM BACK THE PRICE MIRACULOUSLY DROPPED. I CALLED EK THEY QUOTED ME OVER THE PHONE AND HONORED IT WHEN I CAME IN. THANKS AGAIN GUYS!”
“Called to see first if they had any Saturday appointments available, none worked for my availability. Asked if they were available that day and they were able to fit me in! They even called me before my appointment time and got me in an hour earlier which was great! Quoted fairly, paid as quoted. They were very respectful and kind when I walked in. Shop looked very professional and clean. They did an excellent job on my front two windows matching the factory tint on the rear windows. The best part… they got me in and out within 30 minutes!! Highly recommend! VERY professional.”

“I had my Explorer’s front end repaired at Cass Collision after an accident in 2023, and they did a phenomenal job. Nearly two years later, an issue arose with my transmission cooler due to a long screw from the original repair. Cass took full ownership, covered the inspection fee, towed my vehicle back, and even worked with my old insurance to get me a rental—covering the overage themselves. Their professionalism and commitment to customer service and standing by their work was impressive. Highly recommend them for quality repairs and accountability!”

“My wife called in the early morning to see if they could fix my 2012 escape hatchback glass and they went above and beyond. They traveled to a junkyard picked up the glass i needed and installed it later in the afternoon after I came from work and for only 200! “What ever your paying Joe is not enough give this man a raise. Got my big brand new Chevy 6500 dump truck/chipper truck which is hard to find parts for back to me ahead of schedule I am extremely grateful. This truck is my livelihood. All seems to be fixed just as good as before. Hopfully I don’t have many more Collision repair needs but if I do I’ll be using Joe and this shop.”
“I smooshed my front end drifting into the back of a pickup at a stoplight one day as it started to snow and my brakes had zero traction and I braked too late. So dumb. I didn't want to raise my premium and it was totally my fault and I thought it was relatively minor(I could still drive it), so didn't want to use insurance-- but 2 other places would only give an estimate for restoring to pre-accident condition that came out to 3x cost I was expecting! George's was the only place of 4 I got estimates that could immediately produce an estimate of a third of that cost by leaving out non-essentials to just make it safe (I don't care what it looks like!) they got it done a day early and were completely courteous, matter of fact, explained things clearly, answered all my questions, very pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to go back!”

“Someone's fireworks had melted on my hood of my car and I thought they were going to have to sand and repaint it, but they did not all they had to do was rub it out and polish it. A less experienced and honest shop may have just decided to go to extremes to fix it just because they had you in their shop, but not Gerber.”

“I was able to schedule around 3pm and the technician arrived earlier around 4. She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. After fixing windows all day she was cheerful the time. The price was great they replaced my window with the OEM glass. The best thing about the whole process is the window has a lifetime warranty. They do offer a military discount and it saved me 53.00 for the front window”

“Getting our windshield replaced by Safelite was a breeze. The office made sure our insurance was cleared. We have an older car which needed extra care and our technician Daniel went above and beyond to make it perfect. He came to our workplace to replace the windshield. Daniel contacted us in a very timely manner about when he would arrive and when he had the job completed. Overall this Safelite Store was easy to work with and did a fantastic job, especially on the week before Christmas!”
“This is a family run business and it shows in all the best ways! Chuck has always taken fantastic care of my Wife and I. He makes the whole process seamless with the insurance company, full service beginning to end. He goes above and beyond to help diagnose root cause, even working with the neighboring body shop to help fully paint and protect my roof when a rust spot busted the window of my truck! He suggests upgrades (acoustic windshield for my superduty was a fantastic add to quiet down that excess diesel noise), and does a terrific job carrying on the legacy of what his father started! They use high quality OEM parts and the workmanship was great! 10/10 will be back when needed!”

“Fantasy Custom took care of my husband's Mustang when no one else would touch it. The frame under his hood had rusted out and the hood was kicking up while he was driving. Not cool, not safe, etc. After contacting several shops and being told "no way we won't do that" Custom was like, "sure" and they had it back to us in a week. Solid dudes all around.”
“I took my jeep in to get 2 front tires and a alignment, the car had been there since 8 am they did not take it in till 7:30 at night , when I left at 810 that night. Driving home it did not feel right, when I got home I found they had taken my good tires off the back and left the bald ones on the front. When I went back the next day , Mike said our bad , and they would put my tires back on right away , after a 1.5 hours I looked out side to see the jeep in the parking lot, of course no one told me it was done , so then when I got in the car the low air indicator was on , so I went back to tell them and they said so had to drive it and it will reset. Of course it never did I went to Discount tire and both front tires were low. The end result is I will never back to bell tire and I share my horrible experience with all my friends”

“Had new tires done on my Chevy equinox prices were fair and within $10 of the competition I chose to go with Belle tire simply for this reason I had to have my tires fixed which they did for free twice and the reason I needed new tires cause the tread was so low they couldn’t fix them anymore. Everything is good now appreciate them”
