Be very careful parking here. Constant broken GLASS from liquor bottles and cans. Especially on the weekends. Staff could care less about their establishment or customers for that matter. Not cool to be running over glass because there are so many leaves on the ground. Probably take y'all 90 seconds to sweep your parking lot

I’ve been coming to this location for 4 years; And I must say out of all my 45 years of living, London Lamour Is Superior; She is the best damn thing that has happened for this location; From the way she talks to her staff to the way she treats her customers; She’s thorough and passionate. You can truly tell, She love what she does; It’s definitely an experience once you walk through those doors. She got me and my family into fully protected phones , from cases and screen protectors, to fully insuring our phones with the cricket protect plus plan; At a great price. I hope this joke of a company doesn’t run her away; We need more people like her.

Hate buying new phones but London made it so great! I would highly recommend this place. She was so helpful and patient with me. I will diffinetly be back. She was amazing.

Thank God they shut the place down! When I went there in February to get a new phone, there was no receipt given. Just poor service!

If you get a phone here in person, beware that the owner makes his staff tell customers that they MUST purchase a cricket monthly maintenance plan with a new phone, and the staff probably believe that is true. I made the salesperson remove that option, telling her that it was not mandatory, not a Cricket policy and I will not have my purchase padded with extras like that. She was able to deselect the service contract easily. This was the second of two phones I got this day, the same model at a different Cricket location where they did not try to mislead me on what I had to purchase with the phone. If you shop here, be ready to call Crickets customer service if you are told you Must purchase extras.

As a double amputee who uses prosthetics that cause me to have a bad back, this location was less than ideal. There isn’t an accessible entrance, which I believe goes against ADA regulations, right? I use a wheelchair majority of the time and I was unable to get into this location with my chair. I had to literally crawl up the steps, there isn’t even a railing to use while going up the stairs!The employee, however, was incredibly understanding and sympathetic about the issue. Because, of course, I brought it up. They told me to take my time while trying to catch my breath and attempting to explain what I needed. After catching my breath, the employee helped me with everything I needed and was so kind! The employee gets a 10/10.The location and owner, who I’m sure knows they’re going against regulations, 0! DO BETTER.

When your giving them money they are the nicest in town but when the phone messes up the first day and continues to do so they turn very rude and want nothing to do with you . I would never recommend this place to anyone

Bought a new phone for my son but the worker activated it with my daughter's phone number and not his. Took it back the next day and they wanted me to pay an activation fee and for a new SIM card. I explained it was their mistake so why would I have to pay anything and was told I had to pay for a SIM card. So shout-out to Kendall T. for screwing me over. Why would I have to pay for their mistake to be corrected?

Been waiting in this parking for about 30 mins now with other customers. The neon sign saying open is on, it is only 4:48 the store doesn't close till 8pm so it should be open. But the door is locked. Tried to call the store with no answer, no sign on door saying in restroom brb or anything. This is ridiculous! This was on 1-19-2022. Literally just watched him get dropped off at 4:58pm by someone. So not in the restroom, wasn't even at the store, makes you wonder if her was clocked in this whole time getting paid to not even be at his job???
