“I’ve been coming to this location for 4 years; And I must say out of all my 45 years of living, London Lamour Is Superior; She is the best damn thing that has happened for this location; From the way she talks to her staff to the way she treats her customers; She’s thorough and passionate. You can truly tell, She love what she does; It’s definitely an experience once you walk through those doors. She got me and my family into fully protected phones , from cases and screen protectors, to fully insuring our phones with the cricket protect plus plan; At a great price. I hope this joke of a company doesn’t run her away; We need more people like her.”
“Man I'm so relieved that the representative put insurance on my phone. I just purchased a $300 phone four months ago and luckily Matt put insurance on the phone which is broken now and only cost 60 to replace. The other good thing was That I received the phone the next day After filing a claim with insurance company. Thanks another for saving me $$$”

“If you have any issues whatsoever ask for Brad. He was able to assist, diagnose, fix, and repair. My radio stopped working, and after a brand new radio was placed the problem was still there. Brad & co. Was able to determine it was a bad ground in the wiring harness, and BAM it worked. Give this man a raise.”

“Very Clean and Bryce was immediately available to assist. Also, he was friendly to my 5 year old is full of energy. However, the cashier wasn't too nice. She was NOT welcoming at all. My son waved and she never responded. One thing that is VERY important is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Employees should always come prepared to the work atmosphere with a great and positive attitude. In the meantime, I will be returning to purchase more tech items.”

“This disc replay has alot more of a selection compared to the one in troy and luckily they don't have alot of duplicate titles. they have alot of blue ray movies which I do enjoy to collect but N64 games are slim but they do still have them. Prices are not too bad and the service reps are very helpful and quick in response time”

“I went there to bring my phone over to metro. I had my account number and transfer pin. The account was already closed , so I was told I couldn't do it the account had to be still active. I said that's unacceptable as I'm not going through and changing my number with all my contacts. I went to a different metro pcs store and Bam I bring my phone and number over to metro. So I'm glad I didn't listen to her. She wasn't mean or rude about it, however she's been misinformed and if i had listened I would've l9st my phone number! That's why 4 stars and not 5”
