I was hoping I found a reasonable storage unit without having to worry about random price increases every couple of months, but unfortunately I fear that might not be the case here. I paid for 3 months online in June for a 5x10 at $ 49 per month (not including insurance). I got a notice in the mail stating they are raising the rent to $99 (not including insurance) to match the current market. I know prices are going up, but I cannot believe they doubled in the span of 2 months.

Doubling the price of my dirt parking spot because of "market conditions" on the 4th month I've been there. Yeah...I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Jeff was great. I didn’t rent the RV space but Jeff really gave me good information about storing a vehicle/trailer. I ended up using my brothers barn to store but if I ever need storage, I’ll come and find Jeff.
