“Man where do I even start, they take care of you like family. Not only do they seem to have every part you need, even for older equipment. But the staff will go above and beyond to take care of you. They’ll do services that save me so much time and headache and didn’t even charge me. I can’t say thank you enough. They really treat you like family is the best way to explain it”

“Great store. Good selection. Good sale on yeti products. I bought lawn fertilizer. However, The young man at the counter was a definite disappointment. First he was not helpful to the elderly gentleman that was in front of me. He was asking questions about the item he was purchasing. The young man at the register had a standard answer. “Idon’t know anything about it” that’s what he said to me when I asked a question. I get it. It’s annoying. However, the store was not busy. He could have been nicer about his attitude. After ringing me up he never offered to help me carry my 60 pound bag of fertilizer to my car. Which I don’t expect, whatsoever. My son, would have done it. Just sayin. Another customer had previously asked to help me which I declined. Iam 60 years old and can handle it. There are carts as well. It’s just the point. Maybe someone else might need the help. Anyway, the store is nice.”

I haven't shopped in this store for about 2 years and they still have the finest selection of merchandise of just about any Ace Hardware that I've been to❣️ I need it a lock and I got help with that. “Yesterday I needed a bunch of grade 8 bolts for the coupler on my trailer. I went to Menards and they had just enough stock to be dangerous, not one washer in 1/2” and the bolts would have been short. I took all of the items I had in my cart and left them in a big pile on top of the bolt bins.
Calmly waked to the truck and drove over to Suburban Bolt, walked in and ordered exactly what I needed. They had that order pulled with in an hour. I got exactly what I needed to complete the project correctly at a price that was less than box store prices.

“I have been renting from this Home Depot since 2001 and have never had anything but good experiences with the staff and tools. I recently rented a 4-inch trencher and a trailer to pull it. Bill at the rental counter was terrific at explaining the functions and operation of the trencher, and helped me figure out options for renting their Skid Steer for next Saturday. It is so nice to have such a friendly and smooth transaction.”

“This is a good place to go if you need high quality landscaping tools. Redmax, Shindaiwa, Echo, X-Mark, Scag, Toro. They can be pretty helpful and if you're a professional landscaper you probably already know. They need to open thr bigger location they were supposed to open years ago. The size of the location is one of it's greatest shortcomings. Because of the size there are very limited floor models to look at. I would like to see a mower in real life before purchasing. I would have purchased an upgrade to my mower by now if they had a good one in but they haven't. That might be good though, keep us from unnecessary upgrades.”
“Product shipped and received in a timely manner, though the mandrels were not as expected.Some were rusty and the rust continues to grow like cancer. Others were fine and are without rust today. North Idaho is pretty dry in the winter, so humidity should not be much of an issue.Gummy tape residue requires solvent to remove prior to the mandrels serving a useful purpose.”

“Tractor is a huge chain that caters to mostly farmers and their needs. I can buy stuff for my tractor along with tools, dog food, etc. They have a good assortment of hardware in bins and sold by the pound! Yayy! Much cheaper than this packages where you have to buy 10 to get the one you need.”
“I drive right by the ghetto Harper Woods location to get to this one. Friendly and helpful staff and they always have what I need. The appliance guy spent easily over 20 minutes with my wife and I picking out a perfect dishwasher. Don't find that kind of service much anymore.”
