I enjoy the instructors. We get upper and lower body form with various exercises bands and weights. I like the variance .

This place is great!!! I am taking swimming lessons here under the instructor John! He's a fabulous teacher very patient and kind! Thank you YMCA for the wonderful desk attendants which are so beautiful and pleasant!!
