“I called Next Chapter Moving Company LLC after reaching out to several other moving companies. Some never answered or returned my call, and another company (Norwood Moving Co.) initially responded by text but then stopped replying when I was trying to finalize the booking.
Thankfully, Dustin, the owner of Next Chapter Moving, called me back within minutes of me leaving a voicemail. I needed help the very next day—which happened to be a Sunday—and he made it happen.
From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were absolute gentlemen. Dustin even remembered to bring the carpet protection I had specifically requested, which I really appreciated.
