“Born 1958, raised in Fraser. With my children and grandchildren living out of state I'm sending gifts regularly from this location and I'm alway treated with respect. I've been to the surrounding Post Offices out of convenience for one reason or another and haven't experienced the same level of curtious. Fraser has a great crew at our USPS.”
“I've been here 20 years, we have the best mail carriers ever, all bad weather they show, Todd was many years ago 2013, Tammy and today Frank, thank you for all you do and your kind words today Frank, just so glad I never have to worry about my mail and I miss you Tammy keep up the good work”
“I’ve had several great experiences with this post office. I send a LOT of packages through them. They’re always happy to take my bags of packages, dump them, and bring me back my bags. When I recently accidentally dropped my check for my water bill in the blue bin outside, they were technically closed but still one employee was there and let me leave a note about what had happened. I came back the next day at the time they empty the bin and the guy came right up with my check!”
“Very helpful they have always taken time to answer all my questions I'm very lucky to have them so close to my Business I count on them for most of my shipping needs and not had any issues with delivery's .”
“People give these people that work at this post office a break they are doing their best they're very kind they're very considerate and when you go into the post office human beings need to be more considerate to what they go through every day you go behind the counter for an hour and see what happens you won't be able to handle it so get off their backs they're all fantastic there a solid 10”
“I walk in with 2 boxes at 10 pm. Was directed by a greeter to the customer service counter that was closed and had an envelope slot for UPS. As I’m walking back out the doors A random employee asked if I would like her to drop them for me. She was SO nice. Just happened to be walking by me pushing a cart. Towards the counter. Thank you to that woman.”
“Had a more than pleasant experience filling for my son’s passport. The young lady who helped us was more than considerate and polite. Gave us the information we needed plus some smiles! Thank you for making it a lot easier for my family ?”
“I know there are a lot of negative reviews for this location, and I'm sure it's not great all of the time, but I have never had a bad experience at this location (minus long lines) in the 6+ years I've been coming here. The employees I've dealt with have all been friendly and helpful, and as soon as I get through the line I'm not there long at all. The employees that are doing a good job deserve some praise because I've witnessed some pretty nasty/difficult customers while I was in there.”

“Not a regular post office so you can't do anything but drop off ready items and check mailboxes, but the staff are very kind and helpful. Thanks for the tape.”
“I’ve been coming to the Mount Clemens Post Office since I started selling on eBay over 20 years ago. The building hasn’t had any major upgrades and there’s never more than 3 people working at a time, but I don’t really mind any of that. There’s something comforting about the old school familiarity.
The self-serve kiosk in the front lobby is a nice addition. I don’t have a printer, so I when I buy postage for a package online I get a QR code. You can scan it at the kiosk for a label and receipt, and I’ve never had to wait in line to do so.
One star off because the mail is often SLOW and poorly sorted. I receive coupons after they’ve expired, bills once they’re almost overdue and frequently get mail addressed to my neighbors. I always, ALWAYS deliver the mail to the correct person, but no one has ever once brought my mail to me. And I know my mail has gone to the wrong place because I’ve not received anticipated important pieces before like checks, credit card statements and Social Security notices.
Since my neighbors are apathetic, selfish jerks I really need my post office to get things right.
Not about this location, but I do recommend getting a USPS account online. You receive email notifications about packages coming to your address. I’ve found this service to be really accurate and prompt.”
