Came here to shop for my kids for the first time today, and won’t be back. I’m not a complainer, I love thrifting and I know not to expect high class customer service or something but the way I was treated today by the cashier Sheryl/Shirley(?) was totally uncalled for. She acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to ring me up. Just stared at me with a dirty look. Ignored me. Wouldn’t give me a bag for some of my items. When I saw a bunch of random discounts on my receipt (which caught me off guard because the total was still literally the same as it would be without discounts?), I asked if there were sales and she stared at me and said well what does the sign say?!??! I said well I don’t know I saw it says yellow tag clothing is 50% but are the 25% off items only for yellow tags or any color?. She wouldn’t answer me and I STILL DONT UNDERSTAND! Like Sorry I’ve never been there before (word to the wise: whoever prints the extra sales signs use BIGGER BOLDER font). And THEN when I got home I looked at my receipt again and I realized I was rung up for 9 items, when I only bought 6! The fact that it’s for a great cause (hence some stars) makes it sting a little less but I would’ve preferred to not have gotten double charged by this miserable woman as we are literally paycheck to paycheck right now. Check your totals people. Won’t be back.

I’m very disappointed y the way my consumers were treated at this establishment. My clients are intalectually disabled adults who are learning work skills and how to navigate their community. They were asked to leave by an associate. They were labeled and treated unfairly. They were called you people! I’ll never shop their again!

A nice big resale shop . Open and clear shopping spaces so it doesn't get congested like some do. The people are really the nicest around ! Nice quality items at affordable prices . Which I feel is fresh because some are getting pricey. And the company actually helps people in need. Great business.

I thought wow this is a new store it won’t suck like the last one…wrong! It’s still terrible small men’s section and they put out clothes like slugs. Not worth it.

This new location is awesome! This is not a resale shop. All donations go towards Turning Point Macomb, a non-profit emergency shelter for survivors of domestic abuse. They help so many ways, providing counseling, temporary shelter, and encouragement and guidance for the future. Second Hand Rose is a great place to shop, the store is spotless, everyone is very helpful and upbeat, items are in great shape, lots of variety, and sizes. You can find some great buys, and be a blessing to families and kids at the same time! Plus, it's a good feeling to know exactly where your $ and donations are going toward.

We used to love going there at te other location. We were so disappointed that the prices seemed so much higher on everything. We might give it another try to see if anything has changed. I hope they don’t price themselves out of business as it’s for such a worthy cause.

I understand profits go toward a good cause and I appreciate that, but prices are so high that stuff will sit on the shelves for weeks. Even half off no one has purchased them. I suggest pricing things more reasonably so you can sell through old stock and put new things on the shelves. Pricing things as high as you do will deter shoppers from visiting your store, especially if it's the same expensive stuff multiple weeks in a row. As someone who buys vintage items from thrift stores multiple times a month I assure you it'll bring your cause more profits to make your donations more affordable. Especially since there's a lot of competition in the area (a lot of other thrift stores).

I can’t believe how friendly the staff is at this place. It is also very clean. I found some great plus size tops and I wish I had room for some of the furniture they had.
