There is a reason this location is rated 1 star. Reception is rude and argumentative and very unhelpful. I love Dr Gaye but unfortunately can't deal with the reception staff in order to see him.

I've been using this company for 10 years well my contact prescriptions just expired and I'm not eligible for another 5 months and they refuse to order me one box till I can make it till my prescription renews. They will force you to get an exam when the prescription I have now is fine. Bad customer service service. They won't be getting my money any longer.

I spoke with Renee in the corporate office regarding an issue with my glasses. She was rude and talked over me and tried to blame me for the issue at hand. I need anti glare on my glasses for driving at night and was told i had the tech blue and anti glare. After struggling to drive at night i did some research and i DO NOT have anti glare for night driving just the tech blue. These are two different coatings. After explaining this to her she still insisted i have the anti glare. My issue is not resolved and i am very disappointed in a supervisor's customer service.

Thorough and expediency
