No customer service whatsoever. I ordered a pretzel for my sister at home. Told the girl that. Bright it home and it was ROCK HARD fifteen minutes after I bought it.Took it back and all the girl said was I'M NOT REFUNDING THIS BECAUSE IT WAS TWO HOURS AGO. Tried to tell her those was the soonest I could get back there. Asher didn't careIt was this past Saturday the 26th at about 10:15 a.m. I TOLD her the pretzel was too go and for my sister. Why couldn't she just say IT HAS TO BE EATEN RIGHT AWAY OR ELSE IT WILL BE ROCK HARD?I will NEVER eat there, and now I realize why they aren't ever BUSY and always on their phones!SMH

Thinnn layer of bacon on the BLT. I don’t expect a thick layer but I do expect to be able to tell I’m also eating bacon in addition to the other ingredients. Ordered online. No way to know their toaster wasn’t working. Overall a bummer experience.

Came in at 4pm on January 9th. Was served by a young man that went by the name DJ. DJ couldn't be a day over 15, and he was the only person working at 4pm. The store was packed with people waiting, but the young man kept his cool and did his job amicably.The store owner or manager or both should be ashamed of themselves. And for God's sake, give DJ a raise. He's probably the best thing they have going for them.

Couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone the sandwich was not edible in any way shape or form. Not toasted, not the ingredients I selected. $16 and some change wasted. I will never be back.

My first time at this location, Yanna was awesome, she made sure we were satisfied with our orders. This is the first time I have ever been to a Subway and a worker actually seem to care. I had the new Teriyaki steak sub and my girlfriend had a turkey sub, both were good with fresh ingredients.

OMG $14 for a sub and we were charged about $2.50 for a glass of water! NEVER AGAIN.

Kinda weird the girl did Most of our order while on her cell phone. (Like made our subs and cashed us out)She was nice though. Lol but just not used to the worker being on their phone like that. Also she said the owner doesn't take the one particular coupon "buy a 12 inch get one for free" but they take "any other coup e besides that". Is the owner really that cheap?

This location has a freshness and quality issue. Our last trip the bread was falling apart while being soaked with sauce. The lettuce and spinach were rotten as well.

Nasty food and manager needs to learn customer service. She gave my mother a nasty look when we came in. And had an attitude the whole time we were ordering our food.

Horrible experience overall! Jacqueline (the name the supposed manager gave us) needs to be trained on customer service, and leave that nasty attitude at home.

Have to give 1 star in order to review...zero stars in my book! Placed delivery order with them today got wrong order. Tried to call store and took forever for the supposed manager to answer ..told him the problem he said come pick it up they made a mistake. No I told him I shouldn't have to pick it up when I paid for delivery- I'm partially handicapped and don't drive! I'm mad and very hungry...then he hung up on me! Very rude!! I reported this to my credit card company and subway corporate... I will not ever order from this store again...

I don't normally leave reviews, but I just encountered one of the nicest, most cheerful subway employees. I didn't get his name and should have. Red hair with glasses. Very warm, Cheerful, happy and kind. Not something you get much of these days. It shouldn't be a shock but it is. Keep up the good work!
