Very rude, horrible customer service, didn't ask if I could hold just told me to hold, left for 5 minutes, but didn't mute the phone, was talking ghetto and swearing about other customers. Never solved my problem or got me a manager to help, hung up on me twice. Will never use uhual again

Dropped of an auto transport and a truck from a one way move. The lady was really nice, drop off was quick and easy. Nice place.
