Have had nothing but problems for the last year. Had the prior tenant at my residence put a hold on my mail went up there more times that I could count to get it straightened out only took almost 9 months. Now the problems are starting again my package that was supposed to be delivered Two days ago to my residence in Mount Clemens was delivered to Rochester Hills

I’ve been coming to the Mount Clemens Post Office since I started selling on eBay over 20 years ago. The building hasn’t had any major upgrades and there’s never more than 3 people working at a time, but I don’t really mind any of that. There’s something comforting about the old school familiarity.
The self-serve kiosk in the front lobby is a nice addition. I don’t have a printer, so I when I buy postage for a package online I get a QR code. You can scan it at the kiosk for a label and receipt, and I’ve never had to wait in line to do so.
One star off because the mail is often SLOW and poorly sorted. I receive coupons after they’ve expired, bills once they’re almost overdue and frequently get mail addressed to my neighbors. I always, ALWAYS deliver the mail to the correct person, but no one has ever once brought my mail to me. And I know my mail has gone to the wrong place because I’ve not received anticipated important pieces before like checks, credit card statements and Social Security notices.
Since my neighbors are apathetic, selfish jerks I really need my post office to get things right.
Not about this location, but I do recommend getting a USPS account online. You receive email notifications about packages coming to your address. I’ve found this service to be really accurate and prompt.

I WENT TO GET A COUPLE STAMPS.
AFTER ASSOCIATE CHECKED TWICE HE COMES TO TELL ME THEY ARE OUT.
ARE YOU SERIOUS? HOW THE HELL DOES THE POST OFFICE NOT HAVE STAMPS?
HE SAYS SOMEONE FORGOT TO ORDER THEM.

My mail carrier Angelique is one of the most caring people I’ve ever met. She delivers my mail with a smile and even interacts with me and My pets. She goes above and beyond and deserves a promotion.

Jamie was amazing!! Very helpful with my passport experience. We had made an appointment with Roseville TWO times, showed up, with Conformation emails and they said I didn't have an appointment. I'm happy we decided to try Mt. Clemens! Very satisfied with this location. Only place we will be going from now on.

Needed help to ship small package because i wasn’t sure what to do. Lady was no help at all… she told me to go fill out a form myself and also i needed ro provide my own tape for the top of box.I walked out and went to UPS.

Worst post office around. Currently is 8:32 and they just opened yet no one is answering the calls. Same as yesterday so you cant even file a complaint. I will be making a review on every platform until they get their customer service together or hire more people. ITS PLENTY OF PEOPLE WHO WOULD LOVE TO DO THEIR JOB!

This post office is really bad. They lose my packages and mail all the time. When I do get a package it takes about 3 weeks for me to recieve it. Even if it's from 2 states away. I'm forced to get a P.O. Box. I can't afford $100 every 6 months. My packages sit for days until they decide to deliver it. All they have to do is walk over to my P.O. Box. My packages are usually crammed into my little P.O.Box and ruined. BEWARE OF THIS POST OFFICE! AWFUL
