I absolutely hate when my original carrier is away. Because it takes a week to get mail from these lazy workers. This carrier was here in my complex for 5 hours and didn't deliver 1 piece of mail. I'm sending the timestamps to the government so she can be fired. Calling USPS is a joke. They don't care but want to get paid to do their job supervising.

Is it because there is no one to manage it, or because no matter how bad they do, they will not be punished in any way... So the unscrupulous work attitude of these staff makes people feel very uncomfortable.

My family and I went to the Mount Clemens Post Office last week to apply for passposts. The website states that they take walk ins on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 9:00-10:00 am. We arrived at 8:50 and were told that the “passport guy” doesn’t arrive until 9:30, as the man behind the counter laughed about it. We waited until he arrived at 9:30 and were then told he would not be able to take us. We scheduled an appointment for today, 2/22/24 for 10:00am. We arrived at 9:55am and the worker who scheduled the appointment from last week immediately asked “you’re not here for passports are you?” Um yeah. She then said the “passport guy” would not be in today. I asked why I didn’t receive a phone call or email and she responded with “they said they called you.” I am certain the post office has my correct phone number and email as I was sent reminders for the appointment via text and email when it was scheduled. My family and I took off work and school twice and were turned away because the “passport guy” apparently gets to make his own hours. How is this acceptable? This place deserves nothing more than 0 stars. My family went in for a walk in passport at 8:50am last Friday and were told the passport guy doesn’t show up until 9:30 when on the website is says walk in times are from 9-10am. After waiting 40 minutes for the guy to show up they informed us that they would not be taking us. We scheduled an appointment for the following Thursday and walked in for our appointment to be told that the passport guy was not going to be coming in. We never received any type of call or email. The workers are all very rude and have no care for their customers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!!!!!

I don't like this mail office, period! They don't answer the phone when you call. They have mail carriers who drive onto my lawn when delivering mail to my box. I drive thru the communtity and don't see any of the other neighbors with the same issue. The grass area was repaired by the lawn care crew hired by our association. The mail carrier has damaged that area again. I will be sending the post office a civil complaint if it continues to happen.

Rudest people wish I could go anywhere else haven’t received my mail in months now lost so many important documents and a few checks… they keep saying they will fix the issue but never do honestly makes me want to move. Anytime you go in there they are so mean and short and unhelpful

Very rude workers. Not even a hello at first and then passed me off to a lady who would rather smack her gum and talk about how annoyed she is with work. Was applying for a passport for the first time and had an issue with expedited service online and was rushed to pay and advised to figure it out on my own time instead of wait patiently for a few minutes while I checked to see if money was taken out of my account and while she was waiting look at her coworkers and roll her eyes because I wanted to check before I paid again. So rude. Doesn’t hurt to help someone understand something they are doing for the first time.

One clerk working. Line hasn't moved in 30 + minutes. Passport app and they don't seem to know how to do. Couldn't a manager come help with this line??? To make it worse I'm here to deal with a problem created by the post office! ?

Nothing like arriving at 8:30AM (open time) and having to leave at 8:45AM because the doors have yet to be opened. This has happened numerous times now. Do better. Unfortunately, some of us have places to be and can't arrive at our leisure.

My son and I went there this weekend to get his passport and the lady that helped us was fantastic. I should have gotten her name but wanted to let everybody know how nice and easy she made the process. In such a fast pace high stress job she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Thanks.

This post office was organized, had a short line, and the people there were very efficient in mailing my item. I also liked the self service kiosk which was easy to use to get stamps. Parking situation very annoying.
