The old man with the gray beard was extremely rude, unprofessional and has no business working in customer service. I'm not sure who hired him but he sure fooled someone or they're just desperate for employees. Will never spend a cent at this place or any establishment related to it.

Nobody came to the counter when I walked in. It took over 5 minutes for somebody to come up (wake up) from the back. Also they stop doing lottery at 11.
