Very run down. Pool isn't usable, empty lots not mowed, but they have beautiful flowers at the entrance.🤦♀

It's basically a ghost town of what it used to be but it's pretty clean compared to the other trailer parks around here

The new owners are great! They are coming in and cleaning this park up, ripping out abandoned homes, and replacing with new! They are working with tenants instead of just evicting And I’m super excited to see what’s going to come of this park!
