The blood draw was good, as usual, but I'm very disappointed in your billing policy/practices as it pertains to being able to receive services when an open invoice exists.
Payment was demanded or Amy would refuse to fulfill my doctor's lab orders.
I pay from paper invoices. A text message informed me a paper bill would follow in 5 days...it was in my mailbox the afternoon after my visit to your Mt. Morris location.
It is regretful that your bill did not arrive in a timely manner, but your patients should not be denied service because of an open (not late) invoice.
This is rather annoying as we always pay your bills in a timely manner. A patient service center should be able to identify these instances and avoid "shaking down" a patient in good standing.
