I was sent home from the hospital with a script for heart medication that I needed on Sunday that they did not have the medication in stock and kept the medication on hold so no other Rite Aid pharmacy could fill the prescription. Heart medication. I do not recommend anyone use this Rite Aid in Mount Morris!

Yesterday I was treated like a meth head by a twenty something year old kid when I was trying to buy some sinus decongestant at the pharmacy. "What are your symptoms?" while holding it close to his body and hiding it like I was going to reach across and grab it. We are thinking about changing everything over to Union across the street after 20 years of trading at Rite Aid.The above review was from 4 years ago, but 4 years later December 2023 they still hire rude people to run the pharmacy. How hard is it to smile and be nice to people. If you hate your job so bad find another place to work.

The pharmacy does what they want with your prescriptions. Tell you then have the meds but then when you go to pick them up they don't. The pharmacy techs and pharmacists don't talk to each other. Every month is something new they can't get figure out. Not just with my prescriptions but even my mother in laws. Managers have been made aware but the pharmacist don't listen! Time to find a different pharmacy for me and all members of my family!

They are slow at filling prescriptions, if you call they don't answer the phone or eventually will only to put you on hold I don't know what happened to the previous team of pharmacist and worker's went but things were so much better when they were there

Trash service was told an hour for my prescription came back two hours later was told to wait 30 more mins..... come back again they only filled one of my prescriptions and failed to tell me about the second one. I called immediately after finding out and was placed on hold without consent then after the hold informed oh its not going to be ready until tomorrow. Incompetence at its finest.

- I have been getting my prescription filled here since May of 2017. 2/25/22 was the fist time this Rite Aid location in Mount Morris, MI 48458 didn't have my prescription filled. Had to Waite 15 minutes. My perception was supposed to be ready by 12:30 P.M.. I arrive to pick my prescription up at 1:30 P.M.. Was told my prescription would be ready in 10 minutes. It took 15 minutes. Other than that, my prescription is Ready on time.- 9/22/22 Prescription was filled on time. Unlike my past experiences of my prescription not being filled on time at this location in Mount Morris, MI 48458.

apparently they cant tell time. Was told 1 hour for prescription so came back 2 hours later. Just to be give a confused face and to be asked to come back a half hour later. so now we have to make another trip out

Jacqueline Bradley in the pharmacy is definitely not customer support forward. She’s rather rude and doesn’t bother to listen for answers to questions she herself asks. It’s also rude to say you’re busy and don’t have time to help in the pharmacy.

A very clean, stocked and organized store. The employees are friendly and very helpful. The pharmacy is efficient. Getting to pay for my medications, through my text, is helpful and so easy. They always contact my doctor if I need any refills.The young lady in the pharmacy always greets me with a smile. I had a list of OTC medications and she walked me through the store to get what I needed. Saved a lot of time and energy searching for what I needed. I always look forward to seeing her.

The pharmacy specialist are very rude, not helpful at all,had an appointment with a confirmation e mail to do a COVID test went first time they told me my name is not registered went back home because I did not have internet access to show them the confirmation I took screenshot and went. Back to drive through to show it to them when she saw that she started being rude and told me that she can’t test me and she also told me to go to other farmacy to do it she was soooo rude
