The staff is always friendly and caring. Contrary to the rumour going around that this store is closing, it is not. Yes, are stock levels low in certain items, sure, but in case you haven't noticed there are a lot of places, Walmart and Meijer included, that have items in low quantities if they even have them also. As for the prices, well I expect to pay more for the convenience of not having to deal with a big box store.

I think this location is closing based on how many empty shelves there were. The women's room was out of order and the urinal in the men's room was also out of order. I walked through the entire store and back out without being acknowledged by anyone even though I passed probably 4 employees.

There used to be a very caring Pharmacist at my Rite Aid store that cared about my vaccinations & took the time to give me any information I needed, but now they hired a Pharmacist that will send you away if he doesn't want to bother with giving a vaccination at the time. I was told when I walked in that it would take a half and hour to defrost my vaccination, so come back tomorrow. My husband is a paraplegic, so I don't have the luxury of coming back.

Staff are rude, uneducated on products offered and do not even say hello when being told hello.This is a place that needs new staff or to be shutdown.Sorry not sorry.
