Our gate still needs to be fixed, the roller inside needs to be fixed & we are supposed to be called. On the other hand they are very courteous & have accomodated my situation & Im grateful for that. Helpful in that aspect. Im sure they are doing their best as others have door issues as well I heard & prob needs new parts & man power.
