I've been using this pharmacy since I was a kid. The owner is 2nd generation and all the employees are like family.There's more here than just a pharmacy as well. They have durable medical supplies from shoes to walkers. Anything health related. There's also a selection of purses and handbags, gifts and novelties and school supplies. They even have a small crafting section!

Union goes out of their way to fill and deliver my prescriptions in a timely manner. One of the only old school businesses left in the Mt. Morris area to consistently go above and beyond.

I can honestly say union is full of great people,they work hard to get the answers you need and if you have a problem with a med or questions they are there for you. It's nice to go in and be treated with respect always.

I will always use Union Matt is always amazing along with all his employees except the female pharmacist that worked 03_14_23 at about 5pm. She was very rude and unpleasant when I talked to her. Very unchararistic for Union.

I have been a customer for many many years. I have tried other pharmacies for different products. Each time I return to Union. There customers service and the personal service is beyond words. Will answer your question and if they don't know right off hand they will give you a return call. I would recommend them to anyone.

Not happy. I switched from Rite Aid a few months ago due to Rite Aid having issues getting my insulin. More than a few times now, the refil rx has shown me that I picked up prescriptions that I never received. I call there, and oops it was left under their counter but their workers wrote it off that they gave it to me. I can understand mistakes, they happen. But this has happened to me on 4 different occasions now. Being diabetic, I depend on certain medications and devices to monitor my diabetes. My life depends on those things and I wish that these employees ringing up prescriptions realized that and cared enough to double check their work. I will be switching back to Rite Aid mid February if they get their shipments for insulin sorted out by then. I had to fight tooth and nail with my insurance to get my Freestyle Libre and this whole time it was approved and sitting under a counter, marked off that it was given to me when it wasn't and I had zero knowledge until I checked refill Rx and called. Not okay. I've been owed a box of Apudra pens for a while too now. Diabetes is stressful enough all on it's own....

Best pharmacy hands down!! Family friendly, I can walk in and they know us by name. Super polite and extremely helpful. We moved and we still drive 25-30 minutes to get our rX’s here because we like there customer service and this store and workers so much.
