I bought a new GE washer & dryer from ABC Warehouse in Mount Pleasant. The gas dryer failed to heat within the first month after purchase. It is GE's policy that I go through them for repairs which I did. The technician visited my house 3 times in two months, the delay was for parts from GE. After the 3rd visit the technician informed me that he could not fix the dryer. ABC Warehouse was contacted and they reached out to me within a couple days to replace the dryer for free. While I'm not at all happy with GE, my experience with ABC Warehouse was outstanding. I thank them for jumping in and handling what GE didn't take care of. Good People!

We went to ABC wearhouse in Mt Pleasent Mi. It was our first visit, after browsing the compatition. It was a great experience. Mike.A. was our salesmen. No pressure, he was helpful, knew the product, and gave us time to our selfs to look. Mike and the entire staff took great care of us. We purchased a refrigerator, and they gave us a really good deal! We were so happy with our experience, we have just purchased a new washer and dryer. In the future, we will return to ABC for a stove and dish washer. We appreciate Mike and the kind and caring staff, along with the great prices!

We bought a chair $1100 chair from the store in Mount Pleasant and when we got home put it together realized it wasn’t the same chair not even the same color we took it back and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. They said we either had to keep that one or take the floor model. I will never ever shop at the ABC warehouse in Mount Pleasant Michigan ever again. I just want to let you know if you are ever Do not buy it from there cause in case you don’t like it once you get it home you cannot take it back

The experience buying my freezer was good. Just the delivery was messed up. It wouldn't fit thru my door to bedroom. So I asked do u have any ideas? He says yes take the trim off. They wouldn't take it off. Never bothered to offer to take off the door to freezer off. Mind u I'm 63 yrs old. No help what so ever. I said just leave it my bf will do it next week. Not very impressed with these young men. Very unmotivated

Had a great experience thanks to Chase! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door with a smile and he immediately asked how my day was and what he could help me with. I came in just to browse but his friendliness and product knowledge is the reason I'll be back for all my future purchases! Had an issue with my lift chair. Dave got me the number to the repair center and helped me thru the repair application. Great customer service. Im 70 years old and I got thru it with only 2 attempts. Thanks Dave! Give this guy a raise!!!

I would’ve have gave them more stars but they forgot my stack kit for my washer and dryer so I had to wait 2 days with a dryer sitting in my hallway. And once they came they didn’t even put the washer and dryer in the place it was supposed to go. And I can’t even get back to move it myself. I am not impressed to say the least.

ABC Warehouse in Mt Pleasant, MI is my go to place for appliances (big and small), furniture, and televisions. They have a great selection, deliver, and take away the one you are replacing.
The staff is top notch! Airforce Mike is amazing! He is always able to help me make the selection that works best for my needs and pocketbook. He is knowledgeable about the products, is helpful, and always looks to make sure you get the best deal available.
