I bought the extended warranty on my headlights last Nov. when one burned out this week I went into the store and Levi was a HUGE help. I was struggling to find the right spot for the lights, he came out, helped me get both of the new headlights back in--properly--and was so respectful.

This place has the worst customer service. My husband went in there to buy some things, stood at the counter waiting and waiting to be checked out. No other customers in the store. The employee was walking around gathering stuff for a pick up order, we guess, totally ignoring the one person there ready to pay a go on with the day. The employee was rude and unapologetic for ignoring my husband. I had a similar experience when I went in there looking for a particular item a few weeks back and refuse to go in there again. Plenty of other places that need the business and especially know how to treat their customers.

Been ordering parts from here on a professional business level and consumer level for years
They always have parts that match oem or oem parts that I've needed for a reasonable price and returns have been painlessly takin care off

A friend suggested I go to Advanced Auto Parts to see why I had some lights on my Dash. A gentleman named Jim hooked the computer up to my car. He was awesome! Very helpful and informative.
