Been going for a few years and very hard to keep an appointment. Especially recently been trying to get in and they keep cancelling and even have the insurance claims wrong. To the point I call my insurance, they say it's covered and they say it don't. Also phone goes straight to voicemail! I have to call the new customer line instead to get to anyone in that office through the phone! Unprofessional!

I got my front tooth fixed here.. BIG MISTAKE. All I needed was a cavity filled. Not even a few months after the procedure, my tooth started splitting in half!! I went to a new dentist to fix their mistake. Ended up costing me double. If you care about your smile, I wouldn’t recommend

what's the point of mailing me and texting me every day? When you guys cannot see me and give me a better time / schedule me. I waited one month for my appointment I went on 25 March they made me wait for almost 1.5 hour and then I left without seeing the doctor. There's never any hygienist available they always have an excuse .So stop messaging people if you can't give them a proper schedule or give them the treatment on right time.

Very unorganized and can't seem to keep an appointment. They didn't care much. Looking for a new dentist.

The dentist was friendly, all the people there are. They tend to cram as many people into the office waiting room as possible. It's kind of uncomfortable. But there are a lot of rooms so I guess that's why. I had a chipped tooth fixed and the dentist took quite a while to return once's she numbed me. I had to ask for another injection because I started to feel my tooth again. The Offices are extremely to cold. It took me hours to warm up! But the Dentist was nice and did a good job.

Long story. Got a first time appointment in 2023. Great, friendly, modern equipment thus the two stars. Downhill from there. I was told they would call for a 6 month checkup. Didn’t happen. So I called about a year later and spoke with a female in Mt Pleasant, MI. (Wish I would’ve gotten her name). She asked if I have been there before and I said yes. She asked for my phone number and she said no number and asked for name and or DOB and she said I’ve never been there and I asked if this was the Mt Pleasant office and she said yes and I said I was there about a year ago and subsequently said the only person they seen was my name and my street and I said that was me. Well I told her I chipped my tooth and she said she would give an appointment for cleaning and x-ray. She said it would be 3/18/2024 at 8am. This was about a month later. I asked if they had anything in the afternoon and she bluntly said 8am. So they sent 3-4 messages to confirm my appointment in which I did but on Sunday 3/17/2024 at approximately 3:30pm which they said they had to change my appointment and gave the number of the Mt Pleasant office and I had to call right away. I did only to get a msg nobody was available to leave a msg. I did. Later that same evening I got another msg that my appointment was being changed and to call which I did only to receive the same msg that they couldn’t take my call. Well on my appointment date I again received two more messages starting at approximately 7:30am only for me to call with the same msg nobody to answer my call. Today is 3/19/2024 at approximately 3:30pm and after several attempts to no avail to contact them. What to heck Aspen Dental. Even tho I was happy after my first appointment, it’s time to look on. Good luck to other patients. I feel like they want you for the first visit and think your hooked and that’s it. Last comment I have is I went on the computer to try and get an appointment and put in the information and it said I was already a patient so I couldn’t have that date. Hmmm

Every member of the staff that I encountered was friendly and welcoming! Dr Alifiya is great - very easy to talk to, personable, she listens and explains things so well. It was nice to have my images right in front of us while she went over her recommendations so I could make informed decisions. Kelby helped with setting up my care plan and was understanding of my financial situation. I've always gone to small practice dentists so I was a little leary of a bigger chain, but I needn't have worried. Excellent service every step of the process, and I'm looking forward to a brand new smile!

I can’t say enough on how amazing everyone treated me and how the lab came to see me to make everything absolutely perfect they went over and above they know how important it is to have a smile that you can enjoy but most of all they didn’t just rush nor did it seem like how the community dental place just took my insurance and didn’t care aspen whole team including the lab was beyond helpful and treated me like I had been a patient for years I promise you won’t be sorry and thank you again for everything special the guy in the lab who worked hard on my smile

Be very careful they tell you one thing and then when they take your money it becomes a total different plan the dentist told me that I would get a temporary set of dentures for 6 month and after I have healed I would get a new permanent set but when I confirmed my final appointment I am told that for the crazy amount of money that I paid I only get a reline on the temp dentures so someone lied be careful get everything in writing the finance company would only loan so much so they dropped my service to a lower one and no one has any idea what the other person is doing so for a upgrade fee of 500 dollars that insurance won't cover I can get the permanent dentures so either the dentist lied or things were changed without my knowledge just great
