I had a great experience here; Brian and Josh were both very kind and helpful throughout the experience and answered every question I had (Even when I called repeatedly to ask more). They did a full inspection on my vehicle, let me know everything wrong with it without pushing repair, and had my electrical issues fixed quickly!
Great guys and a great shop!

I had my car towed in for a blown head gasket and they were able to install a coolant reservoir I purchased myself. When they were able to run a diagnostic on it, they found way more issues I wasn't aware of. They let me know it'd be cheaper to bundle it and get it all fixed right then and there as opposed to individually 🙏🫶

In august of 2024I bought a 2019 chevy blazer from right way. In less than six months after buying the vehicle it had to have a new transmission put into it. It was under warranty and the warranty company worked with auto lab. I took it in , they ordered a transmission for it and put the new one in. After approximately two weeks , I got my vehicle back and within forty eight hours it was being flat bedded back to auto lab. When my auto start would kick on and I would take my foot off of the break , the car would not restart , I would have to get a jump , I also notice that this new transmission did not seem to be shifting properly. Come to find out when they had removed everything to get the transmission out (This is according to them) there was a ground wire that didn't get properly reconnected, and the transmission what's lemon fluid?Which is an indication that they did not fill it all the way up before I picked it up. I had to pay for not only the labor on the repair as well.. Now this time when we picked it up (I sent my son), my exhaust was loud.That car was so quiet you couldn't hear It running before I dropped it off there. Eye contact to them and brought the vehicle back and which I was told that I was going to need a brand new exhaust system put on my vehicle at the tune of $2000 not including the diagnostic fee. Well, once again, my car is not working.Send it to a different shop this time.Because it is no longer under warranty and I do not have to use them (Auto lab). Come to find.
Out when they dismantled my exhaust system to get my transmission out instead of purchasing new gaskets to put in it.They use silicone on the old gaskets and that caused the exhaust league and for the car to be loud... Every cent I let them lay hands-on my car.It has been problem after problem. Not only am I out the expenses from repairs but I have sat weeks without my vehicle. I have had to borrow vehicles in order to get to work and when I can't do that , I can't work , so i've had lots of income as well which has made keeping my payment current to date nearly impossible. That gasket repair was part of the responsibility of putting my vehicle back together properly for a job that they were paid well to do. And because i'm a single woman , they thought that I could be taking advantage of and they have continued to nickel and dime. Those gaskets should have been included in the origino repair as they have to be replaced anytime that the exhaust is taken apart. Not just silicone to back together. Needless to say , with the gaskets included into the labor the new company is only charging me $200. I have had multiple conversations with them about this repair.They should have done it at no cost to me instead.I got a quote for nearly $2000. I will never go to them again.My vehicle has had nothing but problems.Since my initial visit to them i've came to the conclusion that they were purposely doing shotty work so I would have to come back. I've been told several times I should have took it back and demanded that they do the repair for free , but i'm not going to continue to let them touch my vehicle , knowing that they're not properly doing the work. Use this company at your own discretion, if your car is under warranty and this is one of the companies.That's your warranty.Company works with find a different one. My vehicle has been in their shop 3 different occasions.
We're not only where the repair caused exponential. It took weeks for repairs to be done and for proper parts to come in. I am not happy at all and will never use this company again!!!!
