May 2023: By far the most corrupt auto place I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. I took my car in to get the freon replaced and check for leaks. I was quoted ~$280, which was just fine. A few hours later, I received a call saying my car requires a special type of freon, and the price would now be >$350. I told them to stop working on it and I would come pick it up (because the Honda dealership would only $300 for the same service). They then told me I could not have my car back until I pay ~$51 for "services rendered." Literally all they did was determine that my car requires a special kind of freon (which AutoZone did for free in a matter of seconds by typing my car information into Google). Like an idiot, I decided since I would already be at a loss since I had to pay their ransom to get my car back, I would let them finish the job. I got my car back filled with freon and was told they checked for leaks and there were none. 6 days later, my AC would no longer work because clearly there was a leak. I called them to try to get them to actually fix the problem they failed to try to fix. They said I could certainly pay another diagnosis fee (~$50) plus another refill of freon (~$300) plus whatever it would cost to actually fix the leak. In summary, I lost almost $400 dealing with these people and am no better off than before. They will rob you blind; just drive to your dealership. At least when the dealership price gouges you, your problem will be fixed at the end of it. Oh, and they'll talk to you like you're stupid, so be ready for that too.Truly an awful thing to do to a student. They really should be ashamed, but I know they aren't.Edit: They also told me my reverse light was out and it would be ~$50 to fix. Had it checked, they work just fine.Edit 08/20/23; after going nearly an entire summer without air conditioning because I had to pay these crooks $350 not fix my AC. I took it to the dealership. It turns out that there were several problems that caused the freon to leak included a degraded suction hose and a malfunctioning condenser. So essentially these people pumped my car full of freon that would only leak out because they are either incompetent or never even looked for the root cause. Why exactly am I paying for a diagnostic test that doesn't diagnose (assuming they even did diagnostics and didn't just charge me for it)? In response to the response to me, I had no trouble understanding the pricing and I don't appreciate the condescension. No attempt was made by this facility to make things right, which I believe reflects how they really feel about their customers. Avoid this place like the plague, they will screw you over any way they can. I'll be filing a report with the BBB and perhaps the attorney general.

Had an appointment scheduled on Friday was told they were behind and rescheduled until the following Friday. Dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am for 8:00 appointment. Went back at 12:30pm and they still hadn’t brought my vehicle in. Very poor service will never go back.

wanted my thermostat changed cause my car was overheating. they told me I need a new head gasket, radiator, hoses, etc. Told me it was gonna 3000k. They ended up STEALING 55$ for the "work" they did. Doubt they even open the hood. Took it to Fuller Automotive and got it fixed for 350. PUT THESE CROOKS OUT OF BUISNESS!Service: Auto maintenance

Looking at the reviews, I picked this place because most reviews essentially said “expensive but good work”. Well, of course it’s expensive, they break state laws to scam you. Be careful of this place and of Josh Web he will try to illegally charge you. Be aware of your state laws before you get your work done here. He tried to charge me for work not done to the truck, that I didn’t want done, when I was never given any written estimate and only took it in to get an estimate in the first place. Was extremely rude once I called him out and I’ll be filing a report with the Secretary of State’s Bureau of Regulatory Services, the Attorney Generals office, and the BBB. I’m lucky I’m knowledgeable about the law or I’d have been scammed today. Not sure if he was doing it completely intentionally, I’d assume so since he gave me back my keys instead of putting a lien on my vehicle, which is what any auto shop not breaking the law would have done if I actually owed them money. Looks like I’ll only be taking my vehicle to local shops from my hometown I know are trustworthy from now on.

They have taken care of my car a few times, I do find them to be on the pricey side but I never have to worry about the work that is done.
