“We were at the store this past weekend. We initially wanted to see if we could get a diagnostic scan on our vehicle. We found out that was an option. When leaving our vehicle wouldn't start. While trying to jump the battery ourselves, Damian came outside to see if we needed assistance and offered to check the battery. He let us know the battery was actually bad. He recommended a tow company and a couple auto shops to have our vehicle towed to that he trusts. This was so helpful because we are newer to the area and didn't know the best places to go. We chose AutoLab and they have been wonderful to work with. Thank you so much and I would highly recommend this establishment!”

“Can’t say enough positive things about Valet Auto Care. Ordered a new topper for my truck. Unfortunately, any topper order can take up to 8 weeks to be built/delivered. During that 8 week waiting period, Valet Auto Care let me use (for free!), a tonneau cover. That is just amazing! I don’t think any other company would go that far to take care of their customers! After the install, the team took the time to explain all the options and maintenance of the new topper. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful!”

“Down to earth place. Purchased a vehicle from this place(2012 Chevy Cruz) and the owner told me if there was any problems I could bring the vehicle back and he would make it right. Long story short the vehcile did end up having an issue that appeared like a very major problem such as an engine replacement and without hesitation the owner of the dealership told me he would take care of it. It ended up being a couple minor problems, but the point is the owner is a good guy. Under the circumstances we didn't have the car very long or put many miles on it, he stepped right up and valued our service. If I found something on his car lot I liked again, I would purchase again from them. I appreciated his approach to make it right, I have dealt with a lot less professionalism from actual dealerships...speaking...never buy from Graff or Auto Group in Mount Pleasant or the Chevy dealer in Ithica MI.”
“Walmart oil changes every 3000 miles on the company crew van. It has 430000 miles and over 1000 concert's. All on the original engine. Must be good oil they use.”
